Caithnes Horizons is the name for a planned redevelopment of the Victorian Town Hall in Thurso.  The new facility will improve the public space available for meetings, talks and local groups, and we hope will bring together information for visitors on Thurso, Caithness and decommissioning work at Dounreay.  The redevelopment will ensure that this fine old building is maintained for public use in the future.
